God called Mike & Katie to serve Him in cross-cultural ministry in the early 1970s. God has gifted them in Bible teaching & counseling across cultures.

Since 1975, they have served God in Canada, Indonesia, Singapore, Europe, USA and East Asia. In 1988 they founded Bethany School of Missions in Singapore for training Asian missionaries.

Mike & Katie have served with Novo since 1998, first as Regional Directors for Novo Asia, and now as Project Coordinators for J-Mentors in East Asia.
